Abstract
As Ka-band TWT is developing to higher frequency and miniaturization,the output-coupler of it must have high thermal conductivity and good air tightness.The welding process of B-99 ceramic and Mo-Ni-Cu alloy is studied and the welding quality is examined by using SEM and EDS.关键词
