针刺不同腧穴治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的随机对照研究
A Randomized Controlled Study of Irritable Bowel Syndrome by Acupuncture at Different Acupoints to Treat
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect differetiation of the eight methods of intelligent turtle,Ziwuliuzhu and body acupuncture to treat diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:180 patients were randomly divided into three groups:Eight methods of intelligent turtle,Ziwuliuzhu group,body acupuncture.Body acupuncture group of 60 cases with syndrome differentiation.Eight methods of Intelligent Turtle group using acupuncture in patients with open when the eight methods of intelligent turtle.Ziwuliuzhu group with Ziwuliuzhu Najia method acupoint selection TCM acupuncture group selected Tianshu,Zusanli,Gongsun,Ganshu,Pishu,Taichong.After 8 weeks treatment,the clinical efficacy was assessed with the gastrointestinal symptom assessment scale,and the health status questionnaire was used to assess the quality of life of the patients with-36.Results:Ziwuliuzhu group,eight methods of Intelligent Turtle group and acupuncture group TCM clinical efficacy rate were 93.33％,83.33％,70％,compared with a significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment of Ziwuliuzhu group,eight methods of Intelligent Turtle group and dialectical acupuncture group of quality of life scores were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),after treatment of Ziwuliuzhu group and eight methods of Intelligent Turtle groups of quality of life scores had significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:the clinical symptoms of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture can significantly improve the diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome patients,improve the quality of life,high safety,systematization,standardization,specification for diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome of acupuncture treatment to provide clinical reference.关键词
