动车组通过小半径曲线工艺转向架设计研究
Design research on EMU technical bogie in small radius curve
摘要
Abstract
EMU train needs to pass through a small radius curve line when back to factory for A3 maintaining after car body and bogie are decomposed. This paper design an EMU technical bogie with capacity of passing curve line based on the line's fearture, the structural static strength of the bogie frame was evaluated by the finite element software, the simulation analysis on rubber pile side bearing which is key connecting and supporting component to the car was undertaken by using Mooney-Rivlin and Ogden nonlinear constitutive model of rubber. The results show that this technical bogie has good capacity of passing small curve line and can meet the requirments of structual static strength, the line measured deformation of rubber was mostly consistent with the prediction of Mooney–Rivlin. As a result, the car body of EMU train can pass through small curve line and operate in A3 maintaining line.关键词
