摘要

Abstract

A chord measurement is one of the most important rail corrugation's inspecting method, but the theoretical defect restricts it from the increasing recovery precision and the efficiency at the same time. In order to solve this problem and meet the demand of rail corrugation's measurements in engineering, a new ZFFT high-accuracy algorithm was proposed. Complex modulation was utilized to shift target frequency to zero point, after removing high frequency noises, conjugating extension and inverting Fourier Transform, track irregularities were calculated. The data simulation and test results showed that this method can improve the accuracy of measurements an their values with less space and time consumption, hence, it is suitable for engineering application.
