Abstract
Low-alloy high-strength steels are widely used in steel structure engineering field.The characteristics of low-alloy high-strength abrasion resistant material Bisplate320 usually used in ductwork of iron mine module fabrication project are introduced.Bisplate320 remains the chemical composition design of low carbon and various alloy microelements,and many advanced technology are used during production,such as continuous rolling and controlled cooling,accurate controlling furnace temperatures and quenching speed,which greatly improves the microstructure of materials and finally the high strength,high hardness,high abrasion resistant,excellent impacttoughness and weldability are obtained.Bisplate320 has wide application prospect in the fields of ductwork of mining machinery,smoke tube,flue,draught fan,abrasion resistant material because of its excellent mechanical properties and good weldability.关键词
