摘要

Abstract

Firstly,for the characteristics of wind field in mountain areas,the main research achievements by using wind tunnel tests,numerical simulations,and field measurements were summarized,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.Then,the different characteristics of wind field in mountain areas compared with those in the plain areas are comparatively analyzed from the average and the fluctuating wind velocities.In mountainous areas,the surface roughness cannot be simply classified into four categories.The flow attack angel,power spectra of wind velocity,and the mean wind profiles are obviously different from those in plain areas.In the mountainous valleys,obvious accelerating and blocking effects can be observed,which make it more difficult for the wind resistance design of bridges.Several methods for determining the design wind speed at the bridge sites in mountain areas are summarized.It can provide some references for the wind resistance design of bridges in mountainous areas.Finally,the art-of-status of the characteristics of wind field in mountain areas are summarized and the research prospects are addressed.
