Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of lymphocyte subsets and CD 4+T cells in children with asthma . Methods Totally 103 children with asthma were enrolled in experimental group from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People ' s Hospital from December 2015 to December 2016, and 103 healthy subjects taking health examination in the same period were selected as control group. The lymphocyte subsets, peripheral blood Treg, peripheral blood TH1, TH17 and TH2 were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results The proportion of Treg in CD4+T cells in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2 =2.021,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion of peripheral blood TH 1 between two groups (P>0.05). The proportion of peripheral blood TH 2 in CD4+T cells in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2 =7.179, P<0.05).In the experimental group the proportion of peripheral blood TH 17 in CD4+T cells was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2 =9.664,P<0.05).The proportion of CD8+and CD4 +cells was remarkably lower in the experimental group, while the proportion of CD4+/CD8+was significantly higher (χ2 value was 10.253, 14.145 and 16.327, respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion Lymphocyte subsets and CD4 +T cells can be used as diagnostic criteria in the diagnosis of childhood asthma pathogenesis , and it has important clinical significance in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma .关键词
