Abstract
[ Abstact] Objective To study the status of birth weight of newborns at Haidian District in 2015 and to discuss the factors affecting newborn birth weight .Methods Totally 891 singleton live births born at Haidian District in 2015 were selected for analysis , and maternal demographic data and pregnancy information were collected .The influencing factors of birth weight of singleton live births were analyzed with single factor analysis and ordinal multiple classification regression analysis .Results Univariate analysis showed that there were statistical differences in gender (F=3.872), parity (F=3.304), gestational week (F=132.198) and maternal pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI:t=4.541) among birth weight of single live births ( all P<0.05).Ordinal multiple classification regression analysis revealed that gender (Wald=8.385), parity (χ2 =9.832/5.252), gestational week (χ2 =99.023) and maternal pre-pregnancy BMI (Wald=3.906) were the influencing factors of birth weight of singleton live births (all P<0.05).Conclusion Birth weight of single live births is probably related to gender , parity, gestational week and maternal pre-pregnancy BMI .Formulating targeted preventive measures can reduce the incidence of low birth weight infant and macrosomia .关键词
