针灸结合桂枝汤治疗脑瘫患儿汗证30例疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Guizhi decoction on children with cerebral palsy accompanied by perspiration syndrome .Methods From January 2014 to May 2016, sixty children with cerebral palsy accompanied by perspiration syndrome were selected from the patients admitted in Affiliated Xi ' an Chinese Medicine Encephalopathy Hospital of Shaanxi Chinese Medicine University , and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group .The patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with Guizhi decoction , while patients in the control group were treated with Xuhanting Particles .All patients were treated for 10 days.The therapeutic effect was compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results The sweating score of the treatment group was 2.0 ±4.6, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (4.3 ±2.7)(t=2.362, P<0.05).The effective rate was 93.3%(28/30) in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70%) (21/30) (χ2 =2.362,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Guizhi decoction is effective for children of cerebral palsy accompanied by perspiration syndrome , and it is worthy of clinical application .关键词
