灵活高效超高速WLAN速率自适应算法
A high-efficiency rate adaptation algorithm for supper high speed WLAN network
摘要
Abstract
The efficiency of rate adaptive algorithm is a decisive factor for system performance in the super high speed IEEE 802.11ac network.In view of the shortcomings of the existing rate adaptive algorithms, a high-efficien-cy rate adaptive algorithm— AMRA for IEEE 802.11ac was proposed.The algorithm determines the best rate from the three-dimensional space of the transmission bandwidth, space flow number, and the physical layer modulation mode by jointly considering the statistical information of sending and receiving behavior to precisely estimate current channel state.The comparison with existing rate adaption algorithms shows that under different channel environ-ments, the throughput performance of the algorithm is superior to other commonly used rate adaptive algorithm such as Atheros MIMO RA, Minstrel, etc., and can improve the network throughput and utilization effectively.关键词
