摘要

Abstract

To solve the arsenic pollution problem of gypsum,this study researched the arsenic removal from gypsum by drying,washing,and analyzed its arsenic forms 、arsenic leaching rule.The results showed that toxicity leaching could leach most of exchangeable arsenic,part of combined and residual arsenic.Drying could make the combined and residual arsenic into the exchangeable arsenic,which increased the arsenic leaching gross of gypsum.At the same time,the lower pH value of wash solution,the arsenic washing gross was greater and the arsenic leaching concentration of gypsum after washing was lower.When the pH value of wash solution was 3.0,the arsenic leaching concentration of gypsum after washing was lower than 5.0 mg · L-1,then the gypsum was not a hazardous waste.According to the XPS and SEM analysis,the trivalent arsenic was oxidized to pentavalent arse nic,and the gypsum crystal size became smaller at the drying and pickling conditions.These were the reasons for the increase of arsenic washing gross.
