摘要

Abstract

The effects of addition of biochar on the morphology,bioavailability of soil copper,wheat growth and physiological indexes were studied by using the improved Tessier method for soil copper fractionation.The results showed that copper in soil existed mainly in the forms of carbonates bounded,oxidation bounded and residual state,which accounted for more than 90% of total Cu in soil.After adding biochar,the contents of carbonates and oxidation fractions of copper were decreased slightly.However,the content of copper bounded to organic matter was increased by 131.25% significantly,in which the tight organic matter binding state was increased more.The available copper content in soil decreased with adding biochar in the incubation process after 30 days and the maximum reduction rate reached to 50.66% on 120 days incubation compared to the control.Adding biochar improved the dry weight of wheat root,stalk and seed,and the content of flag leaf chlorophyll in kernel filling period,while,reduced the copper content of wheat root,stalk and seed,as well as superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity.These were significant in different with the biochar application amount.Comprehensively,the biochar has the function for immobilization of soil copper pollution.
