Abstract
Objective To explore the value of transcranial Doppler (TCD) examination in predicting cerebral vascular stenosis.Methods All patients or suspected patients who accepted TCD examination from March 2014 to September 2016 were selected in the outpatient and inpatient department of community health service center.After having receiving TCD examination,all subjects accepted MRA or CTA examinations to calculate the consistency of those two inspection methods and figure up the sensitivity and specificity of TCD examination.Results Among the selected 90 cases,TCD examination showed 69 positive cases and 21 negative cases.MRI examination confirmed 64 cases in TCD-positive group and 6 cases in TCD-negative group.The sensitivity of TCD examination was 91.4 ％ and specificity was 75.0 ％,which indicated that TCD examination reached intermediate-high level in comparison to gold standard used for inspecting cerebral vascular stenosis (Kappa=0.7).Conclusion TCD examination can be used to predict cerebral vascular stenosis and can provide references for early detection,prevention and treatment.关键词
