Abstract
Objective To analyze the differences of plasma lipoproteins,total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG) and homocysteine (Hcy) levels between the patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction.Methods The study group contained 94 patients with cerebrovascular disease who were treated in Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University during June 2015 and June 2016,and were divided into the group Ⅰ (48 patients with cerebral hemorrhage) and group Ⅱ (46 patients with cerebral infarction) according to the disease type.The control group contained 92 volunteers who had physical examination in the hospital at the same period.The differences of plasma lipoproteins,TC,TG and Hcy levels among the three groups were analyzed.Results The levels of lipoprotein,TC,TG and Hcy in study group were significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜0.05).The levels of lipoprotein and Hcy in study group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those of group Ⅰ (P＜0.05).Conclusion There are higher levels of lipoprotein,TC,TG and Hcy in patients with cerebrovascular diseases,and the levels of lipoproteins and Hcy are closely related to cerebral infarction.关键词
