Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value and clinical effect of transcranial Doppler in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods According to random number table method,we selected 196 cases with ischemic stroke among those treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016,and at the same time we selected 120 healthy people who received physical examination as control group.All cases underwent the examination of transcranial Doppler in order to evaluate its diagnostic value and clinical effect in patients with ischemic stroke.Results The incidence of vascular abnormality in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Compared with patients with massive cerebral infarction,those with small cerebral infarction or with lacunar infarction between whom no statistical difference was found presented low incidence of vascular abnormality,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion With brief and convenient operation process,transcranial Doppler used for examining ischemic stroke may contribute to early detecting and evaluating disease,may provide references for treatment and prognosis and may easily be accepted by patients,which should be worthy of promotion.关键词
