降压治疗对老年人脑梗死急性期重度高血压患者预后的影响

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of anti hypertensive therapy in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction and severe hypertension.Methods Totally 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure＞220 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure＞120 mmHg) in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.The treatment group patients were served with nitroglycerin 10 mg,1 to 2 mL/h pump and adjust speed according to blood pressure with rate of 20％/h decreased in blood pressure and systolic blood pressure stable in 150～ 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure stable in 95～ 100 mmHg,and were given oral antihypertensive drugs after a week,nitroglycerin and disable were reduced at the same time,while the control group were not step-down within a week and were given antihypertensive drugs orally after a week,nerve function defect and heart and kidney damage of the two groups of patients in 7 days and 14 days were compared.Results The nerve function defect degree and heart and kidney damage in 7 days and 14 days in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Hypertension controlled in acute cerebral infarction of elderly patients with severe hypertension can alleviate nerve function defect degree and reduce heart and kidney damage.关键词
