摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of full-volume three-dimensional echocardiography (FVTDE) and MRI in diagnosis of newborn with intracranial hemorrhage.Methods Eighty newborns with intracranial hemorrhage in our hospital were given FVTDE and MRI inspection.Results Among 80 newborns,the detection rate of MRI in diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage was 70.00% (56/80),and which of FVTDE was 53.75 % (43/80),there was statistical difference between groups (P<0.05).The mean bleeding volume of FVTDE detection was (4.96±0.87)mL,and which of MRI detection was (4.63±0.47)mL,there was statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion FVTDE and MRI have their advantages and disadvantages in diagnosis of newborn with intracranial hemorrhage,the former is better in detecting bleeding volume of newborns,the latter is better in the detection rate.The reasonable detection modes can be selected according to patients' specific diseases.关键词
