Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of aspirin and clopidogrel on platelet aggregation rate and fibrinogen in patients with transient ischemic attack.Methods Based on the normal control of blood pressure,blood sugar and blood fat,100 patients with TIA were randomly distributed into aspirin and clopidogrel combined group (treatment group) and aspirin group (control group) under the condition of 100 mg/d aspirin and 75 mg/d clopidogrel.Then related indexes of platelet aggregation rate and fibrinogen and clinical effects were observed.Results After the treatment of 7-14 days,the improvement of platelet aggregation rate was statistically significant in the treatment group (P＜0.05);the decrease of fibrinogen level was more evident (P＜0.05).Clinical effects of treatment group was much better than control group (P＜0.05).Neither of the two groups had a serious hemorrhagic complication.Conclusion Aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of TIA can improve platelet aggregation rate and decrease fibrinogen level,with an evident clinical effect.关键词
