前列地尔治疗脑心综合征的疗效观察
Effective observation of alprostadil in the treatment of cerebrocardiac syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of alprostadil in the treatment of patients with cerebrocardiac syndrome.Methods A total of 168 patients with cerebrocardiac syndrome were selected from Chest Hospital of Henan Province from Sep.2015 to Sep.2016,and were randomly divided into observation group (n =84) and control group (n =84).Patients in the two groups were treated by routine medical treatment.The observation group was treated with alprostadil 10 tg plus 0.9％ sodium chloride injection 100 mL intravenous drip,bid,3-week was a course of treatment.Clinical curative effect was observed.Results NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased.The observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group (P＜0.05).The BI score increased significantly,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.05).The efficacy of cardiac function in observation groups was significantly higher than that of control group.Conclusion Alprostadil can improve the curative effect of patients with cerebrocardiac syndrome.关键词
