长期佩戴胰岛素泵的1型糖尿病患儿主要照顾者的心理调查
Mental status and influencing factors of caregivers of type 1 diabetic children wearing long-term insulin pump
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the psychological status of caregivers of children with type 1 diabetes who wear longterm insulin pump and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 96 type 1 diabetic children who wear long-term insulin pump were investigated by questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS).The influence of demographic characteristics on their psychological status was analyzed.Results The average SAS score of the caregivers was 37.67±6.25,and the average SDS score was 39.79 ± 6.74,which indicated anxiety and depression tendency.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the time course of wearing insulin pump and the control status of blood sugar were the main factors that affect the anxiety and depression in caregivers.Conclusion Caregivers of type 1 diabetic children who wear long-term insulin pump have anxiety and depression tendencies,their psychological health concerns should be carried out from the time course of wearing insulin pump and the control of children's blood sugar,in order to avoid affecting children's therapeutic effect.关键词
