摘要

Abstract

A novel and compact UWB antenna with four notched bands is presented.The basic antenna consists of a U-shaped radiating patch,a tapered microstrip feed-line,and a semielliptical ground plane.By etching a pair of L-shaped slots,CSRR,a pair of C-shaped stubs and four notched bands are achieved to prevent interference from WiMAX,Lower WLAN,upper WLAN and X-band.Experimental results show that the proposed antenna operates from 2.58 to 13 GHz,except for four stop bands of 3.0~3.8 GHz,5.0~5.37 GHz,5.6~6.1 GHz and 7.15~7.8 GHz.Good radiation patterns within the operating band have been observed.The antenna has a compact size and it is only 20 × 30 mm2.
