摘要

Abstract

Animal hair follicle's cyclical growth and pigmentation is closely related to the activation and silence of a series of genes.MicroRNA is a class of 21 to 25nt noncoding RNA which is widely existing in eucaryon.MicroRNA is usually regulating the expression of target genes under the transcription level.In recent years,the study found that MicroRNA was involved in the cyclical growth of hair follicle and pigmentation.Part of MicroRNA in the animal hair follicle presents the specificity of organization and time.Different MicroRNA by interacting with signaling pathway and regulating factor to regulate the growth of hair follicle and coat color.The review summarizes the research progress of MicroRNA which is involved in the cyclical growth of hair follicle and pigmentation in recent years,providing a reference for subsequent researches.
