饲喂香蕉茎叶和玉米秸秆青贮料对杜湖羊肉品质和营养成分的影响
Effects of Feeding Banana Stems and Leaves and Corn Stalk Silage on Meat Quality and Nutritive Value of Dorper and Hu Crossbred Sheep

Abstract
The aim of the present study was to investigate the difference in meat quality traits and the contents of amino acids,fatty acids of longissimus dorsi muscle between Dorper and Hu crossbred sheep fed with banana stems and leaves silage and corn stalk silage.Sixteen Dorper and Hu crossbred sheep with similar body weight were randomly divided into two groups (experiment group and control group),and each group had eight replicates.There was no difference in dietary composition except the silage:experiment group fed banana leaf and stem silage and control group fed corn stalk silage.The experiment was 7 days for adaptation and 100 days for trial period.The results showed that longissimus dorsi muscle from experimental group had a higher mutton pH value,water holding capacity,cooked meat rate,meat colour and yellowness than that of control group.There were no significant difference in the content of dry matter,crude protein,crude fat and crude ash(P＞0.05).Meat in experimental group showed higher contents of total amino acid,essential amino acids,flavor amino acids and both of the amino acids in total amino acids ratio than that of the control,but not significantly (P＞0.05).Plus,significantly lower contents of fatty acids (P＜0.05) and insignificantly lower saturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids were also observed in the meat of experimental group (P＞0.05).These results indicate that feeding banana stems and leaves silage has no significant effect in meat quality traits and the contents of amino acids,fatty acids,therefore,corn stalk silage can be replaced by banana stems and leaves silage as a conventional silage.关键词
