规模化猪场夏季各类猪舍环境气载细菌检测
Investigation of Airborne Bacteria of Different Styles of Pig Houses in Large-scale Pig Farms in Summer

Abstract
The study aimed to evaluate the environmental quality of different pig houses in large-scale pig farms,five large-scale pig farms were chosen in different areas of Hebei Province.The indoor and outdoor airborne bacteria count was detected and analyzed in 4 styles of pig houses (a total of 24 pig houses) by natural precipitation method in summer.The results indicated that the airborne bacteria count in lactation house was the least among 4 styles of houses,and the count in piglet house was the most.The results showed that the bacteria counts in four styles of houses ranged from 3.82 × 104 to 2.32 × 105 CFU · m-3 in lactation house,8.34 × 104 to 3.38 × 105 CFU · m-3 in piglet house,9.81 × 104 to 2.03 × 105 CFU · m-3 in gestation house and 6.89 × 104 to 2.67 × 105 CFU ·m-3 in fattening house.The bacteria count in 96% of pig houses exceeded the standard,and the highest excess was 5.6 times of the national standard.Though the outdoor bacteria count of each pig house was lower than indoor count,ranged from 4.88× 103 to 2.87 × 104 CFU · m-3,it also should be paid more attention.In addition,the bacteria count at different height (0.5 m and 1.0 m) or different time period (morning,noon and night) in each house showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Except for gestation house,a significant difference was observed on the bacteria count of the same styles of pig houses (P<0.05).In conclusion,the airborne bacteria count in pig house not only depended on the types of pigs,but also was affected by architecture type and ventilation conditions.This research results would provide reliable data for improving environmental regulation and epidemic prevention system of pig house.关键词
