四妙散的临床运用及作用机制
Clinical application and mechanism of Four Wonderful Herbs powder
摘要
Abstract
Four Wonderful Herbs powder is the traditional decoction, which is a representative prescription of clearing heat and drying dampness, the attending of treating dampness-heat pouring down. Its clinical application is widely, it can treat various diseases. Four Wonderful Herbs powder is often used to treat gout, hyperuricemia, arthritis, abnormal glucose tolerance, cervicitis, eczema and other diseases. Modern pharmacological research on its mechanism deeply, from the aspect of single drug and compound were discussed. It found that the mechanism mainly through clearing heat and draining dampness, participate in the regulation of inflammation in the body involved in oxidative stress reaction, relieve insulin resistance, and can promote the uric acid excretion, reduce uric acid deposition and reabsorption.关键词
