从"阴火"论治脾虚型糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒症
From yin fire to discuss the treatment for diabetes complicated with skin pruritus in patients with spleen deficiency
摘要
Abstract
Diabetes complicated with skin pruritus was named "itch caused by wind" in the Chinese medicine. By learning from LI Dongyuan, scholar of the past, the authors treated diabetes complicated with skin pruritus by eliminating yin fire. The pathogenesis lays on deficiency of vital energy in spleen-stomach, which leading to invading of yin fire into the middle energizer. So the skin pruritus arose because of the accumulation of yin fire on skin. From three typical cases, the authors presented the treatment method including invigorating spleen, replenishing the vital energy and dispersing the yin fire. The curative effect was satisfactory.关键词
