摘要
Abstract
Glossopharyngsal neuralgia is a common and intractable disease in otorhinolaryngology and the etiology is unknown. The main western therapy is topical anesthetic, which has poor therapeutic effects and serious side effects. In the opinion of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), the lesion of glossopharyngeal part is closed associated with zang-fu organs. The treatment of TCM, which is based on the whole body and syndrome differentiation, takes advantages in treating non-organic glossopharyngeal diseases. CHEN Guofeng is the academic inheritor of the TCM master Professor GAN Zuwang. CHEN is good at treating glossopharyngeal intractable diseases by combining his clinical experience with Gan's academical idea. A glossopharyngsal neuralgia patient diagnosed as heart-fire syndrome through inspection, auscultation and olfaction, inquiry, and pulse-taking and palpation was treated byClearing heart and reducing fire.关键词
