参附注射液对重症监护病房严重脓毒症休克患者的临床疗效
Clinical effect of Shenfu injection on patients with severe septic shock in ICU
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenfu injection on patients with severe septic shock in ICU. Methods 116 cases of severe septic shock in ICU of our hospital were divided according to a random number table into 2 groups, 58 patients in control group were treated with complex therapy, 58 cases in the study group were treated on the basis of control group with Shenfu injection 100mL. Blood flow dynamics, tissue perfusion and systemic oxygen metabolism, serum index, clinical effect were compared. Results The clinical efficiency in the control group (74.14%) was lower than the study group (89.66%), (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, levels of SBP, DBP, MAP, CVP in 2 groups increased, HR, Lac, O2ER% decreased, and urine volume, ScvO2, DO2, VO2 increased, TNF-α, PCT, IL-1, IL-6 and IL-10 decreased, and immune function indexes increased. Compared with the control group, levels of SBP, DBP, MAP, CVP in study groups were higher, HR, Lac, O2 ER% were lower, and urine volume, ScvO2, DO2, VO2 were higher, TNF-α, PCT, IL-1, IL-6 and IL-10 were lower, and immune function indexes were higher, which had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenfu injection in the treatment of severe septic shock in ICU was effective, and it can reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the level of tissue perfusion and oxygen metabolism.关键词
