颈椎稳定性训练联合芍药木瓜汤治疗72例颈性眩晕
Study on clinical effect of stability of cervical spine combined with Shaoyao Mugua decoction in the treatment of 72 cases with cervical vertigo

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of stability of cervical spine combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of 72 cases with cervical vertigo. Methods 144 cases of cervical vertigo from our hospital were selected, patients or family member signed an agreement, and patients were divided into 2 groups according to random number table. 72 cases in the control group were treated with citicoline injection0.5g+0.9%sodium chloride injection 250ml iv, qd, vitamin B6 injection100mg+0.9% sodium chloride injection 250ml iv, qd, 72 cases in the experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with stability of cervical spine combined with Shaoyao Mugua decoction, composed of herbs: Radix Paeoniae Alba, papaya, angelica, Sichuan lovage rhizome, angelica, salvia, eucommia, turmeric, licorice, and 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks. Doppler test results, serum CRP, ET-1, CGRP levels and blood rheology indicators, clinical efficacy and complications were compared after the treatment. Results The effective rate in the control treatment group (77.78%) was lower than the experiment group(90.28%), with significant difference (P<0.05), and compared with the control group, LVA, RVA and VB mean blood flow velocity in the experiment group were increased after the treatment, levels of serum CRP, ET-1, CGRP were higher,the index of blood viscosity and red blood cell hematocrit were lower, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Stability of cervical spine combined with Shaoyao Mugua decoction in the treatment of cervical vertigo was effective and safety.关键词
