清热祛瘀汤配合黄体酮胶丸治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of clearing heat and dispelling stasis decoction with progesterone capsules treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB short), in order to improve clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods From December 2011 to December 2013, 122 cases of DUB patients were enrolled in the study, divided into two groups, 61 cases of the control group were treated wtih the progesterone capsules treatment, 61 cases of observation group were treated with clearing heat and dispelling stasis decoction. Observe the related indicators before and after treatment. Results The efficacy of the control group, the cure rate was 34.43%, the total efficiency was 77.05%, cure rate was 52.46% in the observation group, the total efficiency was 95.08% .The cure rate and total efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05); Hb, VEGF,PT, APTT , endometrial thickness of control group showed no significant difference, control group had no significant changes after treatment (P>0.05). Hb, VEGF of observation group improved significantly, and PT, APTT , endometrial thickness were decreased, the differences were significant (P<0.05), Hb, VEGF, PT, APTT, endometrial thickness of observation group improved more significantly than control group, the differences were significant (P<0.05); CD3+, CD4+, CD4+ / CD8+ in the control group after treatment showed no significant change, the difference was not significant (P>0.05), CD3+, CD4+, CD4+ / CD8+ in the observation group improved than before, which were significantly different (P<0.05), CD3+, CD4+, CD4+ / CD8+ of observationg group improved more significant than control group. The difference was significant (P<0.05) Conclusion The efficacy of clearing heat and dispelling stasis decoction with progesterone capsules for perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding was good. Its mechanism can improve micro circulation, immunity, promote endometrial microvascular repair.关键词
