柴胡四黄汤治疗慢性胆囊炎的疗效及对患者细胞因子的影响
Effect of Chaihu Sihuang decoction in treament of chronic cholecystitis and its effect on cytokines
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Chaihu Sihuang decoction in treament of chronic cholecystitis and its effect on cytokines. Methods 114 cases patients of chronic cholecystitis in our hospital from June 2015 to July 2016 were selected and divided into the treatment group 57 and the control group 57 according to the digital random table method. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, the treatment group on the bases of the control group was treated with Chaihu Sihuang decoction. 10 d as a course of treatment, 2 groups were treated for 3 courses. The clinical effects, inflammatory factors, biochemical indexes, adverse reactions of 2 groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 94.74% higher than 82.46% of the control group (P<0.05); After treatment, the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 of 2 groups were significantly decreased than those of before treatment, the levels of IL-2 were significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and there were significantly differences between 2 groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01); Compared with before treatment, MDA and β-EP of 2 groups after treatment were significantly decreased, the levels of SOD significantly increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and and there was significantly difference between 2 groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01); The incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Based on conventional therapy combined with Chaihu Sihuang decoction in treatment of chronic cholecystitis, it can significantly improve the clinical effect, reduce inflammation, inhibit the damage of oxygen free radicals, which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
