不同温度和存储时间对大鼠血清3种心肌酶变化的影响
Effects of different storage temperatures and times on three kinds of cardiac enzymes

Abstract
Objective To probe the effects of different temperatures and storage times on the changes of three kinds of myocardial enzymes in rat serum. Methods The blood samples are collected from 20 rats, and placed in 4 degrees, 20 degrees and 30 degrees respectively, storage time 0 h, 1h, 4h, 8h, 12h, 24h and 48h, statistical analysis on three kinds of enzymes CK, LDH, α-HBDH test results by Glamour 2000 automatic biochemical analyzer. Results under the same temperature conditions, CK decreases with the extension of the time, LDH and -HBDH increase. At 4℃ , compared to the 0h, there are significant differences in CK after 48h placement (P<0.01), also the differences in LDH and α-HBDH which are placed for 4 hours and 8 hours (P<0.05, P<0.01); there are significant differences in CK placed at 20℃ for 12h (P<0.01), also in LDH and α-HBDH for 24 hours and 48 hours (P<0.05, P<0.05); At 30℃ , CK starts to appear differences significantly for 4h placement (P<0.01), LDH which is placed for 48 hours has no difference, but the trend increased, and the α-HBDH has significance (P<0.05). Under the condition of the same time, CK changes with the storage temperatures. The lower the temperature, the less the CK content. After the placement for 4h, 4℃ and 30℃ group, 20℃ and 30℃ group are significantly different (P<0.01, P<0.01); after the placement for 12h, 4℃ group and 20 ℃ group (P<0.01, P<0.01). The content of LDH and α-HBDH has a decreasing trend, but there is no significant difference. Conclusion The detection of CK samples should be stored at 4℃ and detected within 24 hours, LDH had better be detected in 12 hours under the conditions of 20℃ , a -HBDH should be stored at 20℃ and 30℃ conditions should be detected within 24 hours.关键词
