膝三针联合骨刺软化丸治疗膝骨关节炎
Knees three needles with bony spurs soften pill in treating knee joint osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective Clinical efficacy of knees three needleswith bony spurs soften pillin treatingknee joint osteoarthritiswas observed. Methods 135 patients were randomly divided into treatmentgroup and control group 1 and group 2 by random number table. 45 cases for each group,treatment group was treated with Celecoxib capsules, control group 1 was treated with knees three needles,control group 2 was treated with knees three needles withbony spurs soften pill.The treatment was for 6 weeks. Compare the knee joint osteoarthritis symptom grade quantification integral table,VAS, PSS, SF-36 scores before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2 were 93.33%, 91.11% and 77.78%. Compare the VAS score, symptoms of quantitative integral table scoresof three groups before and after treatment.And comparedobservation group with control group 1,group 2 before and after 8-week treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that at aspects of thesymptoms of knee joint activity function, alleviate pain, the effects of treatment groupwere better than that in control group 1, group 2; PSS scoresof treatment group after 8-week treatment were compared with control group 1 and group 2, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Comprehensive integral scores of treatment group after treatment compared with control group 1 and grou-p 2, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Thecurativeeffect of knees three needles with bone spurs soften pill treating in liver and kidney deficiency and stasis type of knee osteoarthritis is remarkable, and can improve life quality.关键词
