青蒿鳖甲汤临床及实验研究进展
Clinical and experimental research of Sweet Wormwood and Turtle Shell decoction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarized the research progress of Sweet Wormwood and Turtle Shell decoction and to provide reference for the development and utilization. Methods The following databases were searched: CNKI, CSPD, Du Xiu, etc. Literatures about the clinical and experimental research of Sweet Wormwood and Turtle Shell Decoction (consists of southernwood, Carapax Amydae, rhizoma anemarrhenae, Radix Rehmanniae Recens, cortex moutan) were summarized in the last 30 years. Results Statistical data shows that the prescription has been widely used in clinical practice, including the departments of internal medicine, surgery, gynaecology and paediatrics. It is commonly used to treat cancerous fever, many kinds of inflammation, postoperative fever, rheumatic immune disease, blood disease, and menopause syndrome. At present, the experimental researches of Sweet Wormwood and Turtle Shell decoction focused on the study of acute leukemia. Conclusion Sweet Wormwood and Turtle Shell decoction has the function of nourishing yin and clearing heat, and can induce immunological cell of creature to kill K562 cell and tumour cell apoptosis.关键词
