Influence of alprostadil on pancreatic blood flow and gastrointestinal function related indicators of patients with severe acute pancreatitis

Abstract
ABSTRAT:Objective To observe the influence of alprostadil on the pancreatic blood flow and gastrointestinal function related indicators of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 72 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and the observation group were treated with alprostadil on the basis of control group,the pancreatic blood flow and gastrointestinal function related indicators of two groups before and after the treatment were detected and compared.Results The pancreatic blood flow and gastrointestinal function related indicators of two groups before treatment showed no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05),while those indicators of two groups after treatment were all significantly improved,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The alprostadil can obviously improve the pancreatic blood flow and gastrointestinal function related indicators of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.关键词
