Abstract
Objective To explore expression of T lymphocyte subsets,NK cells and B ceils in peripheral blood of children with primary immunologic thrombocytopenia(ITP).Methods A total of 241 ITP children admitted to our hospital were selected as study group,and 252 healthy children were selected as control group.The levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3,CD4,CD8cells) and B cells and NK cells in the two groups were detected and compared.Results The levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CDs in the peripheral blood of the study group were significantly lower,CDs1evel was significantly higher,and B cells level was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of PAIgG,PAIgA and PAIgM in the study group were significantly higher,the level of IFN-γ was higher,IL-4 level was lower,the level of CD(16+56) was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There is an imbalance of T lymphocyte level in the children with ITP,and there was no abnormality in the expression of NK cells and B cells.关键词
