循证护理干预对脑卒中患者生活质量、认知水平及日常生活能力的影响
Effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on quality of life, cognitive level and daily living ability of stroke patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on the quality of life and cognition of stroke patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with stroke admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to visit numbers.The oddnumbered patients were as control group (routine care),and the even-numbered patients as study group(evidence-based nursing),with 50 patients per group.The nursing efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the social function,mental health,emotional function,activity,physical pain,physiological function,physiological function and overall health scores of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were significant (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in MMSE and NCSE scores between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05),but the study group was significantly higher than the control group after nursing(P ＜0.05).There was no significant difference in Barthel index scores between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05),and it was significantly higher than nursing before in two groups,but the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The effect of evidence-based care is significant,it can improve the quality of life and their cognitive level of patients,so it is worthy of in clinical promotion.关键词
