摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of the three-dimensional computed tomographic angiography ( 3 D-CTA ) in intracranial aneurysm .Methods 90 cases of spontaneous subarachoid hemorrhage caused by intracranial patients admitted form December 2014 to March 2016 were analyzed retrospectively .All of them underwent the preoperative CTA examination .The demonstrated form CTA was compared to intraoperative visualization .Results The coincidence rate of CTA of to diagnosis intracranial aneurysm and intraoperative is 99%.These findings were basically consistent with the intraoperative findings .Conclusions The accuracy of 3 D-CTA is higher in the diagnosis of the intracranial aneurysm and can demonstrate clearly the anatomy .So it could be the primary in intracranial choice in diagnosis and treatment way for intracranial aneurysm.关键词
