超声造影在小体积肾肿瘤中的诊断价值
Diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound on small volume renal tumor
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic values of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) on small volume renal tumour.Methods A total of 38 patients with small volume renal solid lesions which were less than 3cm were perfomed with contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the study and make a diagnoses of benign or malignant tumuors,then compare the result with the pathology and follow-up.Results Thirty-five eases underwent surgical treatment.Twenty-five cases malignant tumuors diagnosised by CEU were received surgical treatment,24 cases were malignant and 1 case was binign.Thirteen cases of binign tumuors diagnosised by CEUS,10 cases were received surgical treatment 8 cases were binign and 2 cases were milignant.Three cases were unoperated,2 cases were lost during the follow-up,1 case was in follow-up.CEUS The sensitivity,specificity,diagnosis index,Youden index,diagnosis accuracy rate of CEUS were 92.30％,90.00％,182.30％,82.30％,91.66％ in the diagnosis of small renal tumours,Conclusion CEUS is proved to be a valuable diagnostic method for differentiating small volume renal solid lesions.关键词
