矿井排水用新型止回阀的流固耦合数值模拟研究

Abstract
In order to improve the safe operation of mine water discharge system and stable work, on a disc and stem type check valve, the fluid-structure coupling mathematical model was established, through the finite element ANSYS software numerical computation of flow resistance coefficient under different opening, the internal flow field and stress strain of the check valve. The results show that the flow resistance coefficient and decreasing with the increase of relative opening degree, and the trend of change after the first sharp decline more gently.With the increase of is narrow, average pressure quickly reduce gradually leveled off after is 50%, and average speed fast increasing trend occurring after is 37.5%.After check valve flow field of average pressure stable trend all the time, it explains the design of the check valve to control pressure fluctuation has obvious effect.The equivalent stress of the disc and stem mainly in the joint of the disc and the valve stem and valve stem and valve body contact, the biggest deformation mainly appears in the disc close to the check valve outlet, intensive processing to avoid stress concentration at the maximum stress, improve the service life of the check valve.关键词
