摘要

Abstract

For the existing problems in the running process of the Central Jet Distribution, a series of studies such as premixed structural optimization of the feedinlet box, enriched process air eccentric pipe, fluidization air pipe and blow pipe, adjustment of air distribution parameters and numerical simulation of Gas-Particle mixing have been done to research the working characteristics. The result showed that the enriched process air eccentric pipe would rotate the flow, reduce the loss of pressure and increase the flow speed. Therefore, the mixing effect of the flow and the particles was promoted. Meanwhile, with the reasonable flow volume of the fluidization air and blown air, the particles would get a more desirable distribution and mix better with the flow.
