Abstract
This paper introduces the process units of the first phase of the Hangzhou municipal food waste disposal project, and analyzes the operation stability of the project and the existing problems, so as to provide references for other food waste treatment projects. The designed food waste treatment capacity of the project is 200 t/d, and the main process route is "automatic sorting+ three phase oil extraction + high efficiency anaerobic fermentation". The automatic sorting system can remove plastic, metal, fabric and other impurities in food waste. The three-phase oil extraction system can extract crude oil from food waste leachate and organic slurry. After oil extraction, organic slurry is pumped into the high efficiency anaerobic fermentation system to produce biogas. Biogas is consumed for electricity generation, while all electricity is transferred to the state grid. Anaerobic effluent is separated by the solid-liquid separation system. The solid part is sent to the landfill, while the liquid part is treated as leachate under the landfill pollution control standards-"Pollution control standard of municipal solid waste landfill (GB 16889-2008)", so as to realize harmless and resource processing utilization of food waste. Under the food waste treatment capacity of 200 t/d, the project can produce 13000 m3/d biogas, 26000 kW·h/d electricity, 5.3 t/d crude oil (oil recovery rate 88%).关键词
