摘要

Abstract

With rice husk as feedstock, the samples of biochar were produced by pyrolysis at 400℃, 500 ℃ and 600 ℃ respectively. Through proximate analysis and measurement on char particle size distribution,char yield biochar iodine adsorption value and methylene blue adsorption value, together with SEM observation and FT -IR analysis,the influence of pyrolysis temperature on the physicochemical characteristics of rice husk char have been studied. The results show that:Along with the increase of the pyrolysis temperature,the proportion of small size char particles is elevated;the biochar yield and the content of volatile matters in biochar is decreased while the contents of ash and fixed carbon are increased;the results of iodine adsorption values and methylene blue adsorption values as well as the SEM observation shows that the porous structure of the rice husk char tends to be more richer along with the increase of the temperature;the FT-IR analysis shows that the amount and the varieties of the functional groups in the rice husk char tends to be decreased while increasing the pyrolysis temperature,the variety of functional groups is more abundant for the biochar producer at lower pyrolysis temperature.
