Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation method combined with irbesartan in the treatment of type 2diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods:60patients with type 2diabetes associated with hypertensive cured in our hospital from March 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group according to the random number table.The controlled group was given irbesartan,150mg every day.1times a day.And the patients in the observation group treated with supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation method based on the treatment of control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,blood pressure,blood glucose and insulin levels before and after treatment in two groups were analyzed.Results:The rank sum test results showed that the clinical curative effect in the observation group of patients was significantly better than the controlled group (u=2.18,P＜0.05).After treatment,the SBP and DBP in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the controlled group (P＜0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were significantly lower than the controlled group (P＜0.05),the glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were significantly higher than the controlled group (t =2.736,P＜0.05).Mter treatment,the fasting insulin levels,insulin resistance index in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group (P＜0.05),the pancreatic beta cell observation secretion function index in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group (t =4.701,P＜0.05).Conclusion:The principle of supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation combined with irbesartan can effectively decline blood pressure in patients with type 2diabetes associated with hypertension,and decline the blood glucose levels and relieve insulin resistance,improve the quality of life of patients,and has important significance in clinical application.关键词
