Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the effect of salmeterol on pulmonary interstitial fibrosis (PF).Methods:Fifty-five patients with COPD Ⅱ and Ⅲ grade fibrosis were treated with HRCT or CT,blood gas analysis and pulmonary function from January 2015 to January 2017.(30cases) were treated with salmeterol,the experimental group (29cases) took Buyang Huanwu Decoction on basis of the controlled group;observing before and after treatment of the two groups of patients with arterial oxygen pressure (PaO2),the proportion of forced vital capacity (FVC％),chest CT and serum levels of TIMP-1,2and MMP-1.Results:The total effective rate of the patients was 93.1％,which was higher than that of the controlled group (70％).There was significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).FVC％ and PaO2 had increased and decreased before treatment (P＜0.05).The improvement of HRCT in the patients was better than that in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the levels of serum TIMP-1,2and MMP-1 before treatment (P＜0.05).The patients in the experimental group had better effect compared with the controlled group.The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction has a significant effect on COPD and PF patients with pulmonary function and clinical symptoms.关键词
