脑伤泰颗粒对西藏高原地区颅脑损伤的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficiency of Naoshangtai Granules for craniocerebral injury in Tibet plateau.Methods:Retrospective analysis on the treatment of the patients with craniocerebral injury in Tibet plateau was performed.All patients were divided into controlled group and treatment group.The patients in the controlled group were received with regular treatment (conservative treatment or surgery).The patients in the treatment group were administrated with regular treatment plus Naoshangtai Granules.After the treatment for 14days,Glasgow coma scale (GCS),neurological deficit scale (NDS),TCM syndrome score and Glasgow outcome scale (GOS) after 3months were evaluated.Additionally,the effective efficiencies were also evaluated.Results Compared to those of the controlled group,the GCS,NDS,TCM syndrome score and GOS of the treatment group were significantly improved,respectively.The effective rates of the controlled group and the treatment group were 62.5％ and 77.91％ respectively,showing the efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Naoshangtai granules combined with regular method for craniocerebral injury in Tibet plateau is considered to obtain a better therapeutic efficiency,which is worth of recommending for clinical application.关键词
