Effect of Yishen Jiangzhuo Recipe on Calcium and Phosphorus Metabolism and Thyroid Mormone Metabolism Disorder for Patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Abstract
Objective:The influence mechanism of Yishen Jiangzhuo Recipe on hormone metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in patients with chronic nephritis and thyroid metabolism.Methods:In our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016,104 cases of patients with chronic nephritis,numbered according to the order of admission,were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group,each group had 52cases,the controlled group received conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group was given Yishen Jiangzhuo Recipe on the basis of the controlled group,clinical effects of the two groups before and after treatment as well as renal function,calcium and phosphorus metabolism,metabolism of thyroid hormone levels were compared.Results:In the observation group,the total efficiency of clinical treatment (90.38％) was significantly higher than the controlled group (67.31％) (P＜0.05);Serum creatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN) levels of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the controlled group,creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) level was significantly higher than the controlled group (P＜0.05);Blood phosphorus,calcium and phosphorus product level of the observation group were significantly lower than the controlled group,serum calcium level of the observation group was significantly higher than the controlled group (P＜0.05);Three triiodothyronine (T3),total thyroxine (T4) levels of the observation group were significantly higher than the controlled group,thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) level of the observation group was significantly lower than the controlled group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with conventional western medicine therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic nephritis,regulating calcium phosphorus metabolism and thyroid hormone disorder,improve the renal function,is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical application.关键词
