Abstract
Objective:Analyzing the clinical effect of using Wutou Yiyiren Decoction in the treatment of 40cases of rheumatoid arthritis of cold dampness syndrome patients.Methods:From February 20th 2015 to May 30th 2016 in in our hospital,40patients diagnosed rheumatoid arthritis of cold dampness syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group and controlled group,each group had 20cases,the.controlled group was given methotrexate treatment,the experiment group took methotrexate combined with Wutou Yiyiren Decoction treatment,the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95％ higher than 75％ in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05),joint tenderness index,joint swelling index,joint pain index,time of morning stiffness,grip strength,C reactive protein,improve the erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the experimental group were more obviously than those of the controlled group,the adverse reaction of the experimental group was total 5cases,15cases of adverse reactions in the.controlled group,had significant difference (P＞0.05).Conclusion:The adverse reaction of Wutou Yiyiren Decoction for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of cold dampness syndrome is small,has good curative effect,worthy of promotion.关键词
