Curative Effect of Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Recovery of Nerve Function of Patients with Thoracolumbar Fractures with Spinal Injuries

Abstract
Objective:Observing the curative effect of using Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with acupuncture in improving the recovery of nerve function and myodynamia function of patients with thoracolumbar fractures with spinal injuries.Methods:Selected 36cases of patients with thoracolumbar fractures with spinal injuries in our hospital from October 2011 to November 2016.Grouped 18cases of patients treated with Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction after the operation into conventional group.Grouped 18cases of patients treated with Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined acupuncture into research group.Compared the ASIA nerve function grade,myodynamia classification and postoperative complications and feelings of the patients in the two groups before and after the operation.Results:The number of myodynamia 3patients,myodynamia 4patients and myodynamia 5patients in the research group were significant larger than that in the conventional group.Compared the ASIA nerve function grade of the patients in two groups,the total effective rate of recovery of the patients in the research group (88.89％) was significant larger than that in the conventional group (61.11％).The overall incidence of postoperative complications of the patients in the conventional group was 66.67％,which was significant larger than that in the research group (38.89％).The differences in two groups were statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Among the patients with thoracolumbar fractures with spinal injuries,Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with acupuncture can help improve the neurological recovery of patients after operation,thus improve the curative effect.And reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.关键词
