益肾强筋饮经验方联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗112例膝骨性关节炎临床研究
Clinical Research of Using Yishen Qiangjin Decoction Combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules in Treating 112Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of treating 112cases of knee osteoarthritis with Yishen Qiangjin Decoction and Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules.Methods:112patients were randomly divided into controlled group of 56cases and observation group of 56cases.Patients in the controlled group were treated with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsule,while patients in the observation group were treated with Yishen Qiangjin Decoction on the basis of the controlled group treatment.The research was aimed at comparing the effectiveness by evaluating the knee joint pain and knee function,and monitoring the serum factor levels.Results:The efficiency of the observation group was 91.1％,which was higher than that of the controlled group 75％ (x2 =5.134,P＜0.05);The VAS scores,IL-1,MMP-9and BMP-7levels of the observation group were lower than that of the controlled group,while the Lyshom scores and TGF-β levels of the observation group were higher than that of the controlled group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Treating knee osteoarthritis patients with Yishen Qiangjin Decoction and Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules has curative effect,it can ease joint pain and improve knee function,the mechanism may be associated with regulating the levels of IL-1,MMP-9,BMP-7and TGF-β to reduce inflammatory damage and protect the cartilage.关键词
